Dr. Heather can schedule an online consultation with you and help you choose the right herbs for your situation via Skype for a face to face conversation, or you can drop her an e-mail with the details of your symptoms and she can make suggestions to you that way as well.

2. Go to the Contact Us page and fill out the simple online form to send an e-mail to Dr. Heather.

You may wish to request a consultation or just send her a quick e-mail about your situation. Remember to include contact info and the best time to contact you.
3. Dr. Heather will review your e-mail and either set up a time to speak to you on Skype (video chat requires a webcam, microphone, and speakers or headset), the phone, or simply reply with some suggestions for you to consider.
